After Training as an illustrator for 2 years in Glasgow Ian moved to Lagos, Portugal where he began Tattooing in 1996. After retuning to Scotland he opened his own studio in 1998.

His tattooing career Has taken him all over the world, Where he has learned from and been influenced by a wide variety of artists. Both tattooist and other wise. His work is increadibly diverse and while he can turn his hand to most styles, his main area of expertise is Pin-up art. In which he has won a number of awards in multiple countries.
